Our fresh cheese curds are made daily using traditional Wisconsin methods. We start with farm-fresh milk, add cultures and rennet to form curds, then cut and drain them while they're still warm.

Fresh, squeaky cheddar cheese! Our Cheese Curds are on par with the best on the market. Enjoyed best as a snack, melted on poutine, or lightly fried.
Microbial Rennet
A natural enzyme microbial rennet is used to coagulate the milk.
Farm-Fresh Milk
We use locally-sourced pasteurized milk from hormone-free cows for the cleanest taste.
Salt
Just a touch of salt enhances the natural milk flavors without overpowering.
Cheese Culture
we use cheese culture to produce acid & aiding for formation of curds

The Perfect Squeak
Fresh cheese curds should squeak against your teeth when you bite them; that's how you know they're truly fresh. The squeak comes from protein strands in the cheese that create friction. Once curds lose their squeak (usually after a day or two), they're still delicious but past their prime in terms of freshness.
